About Free Replacement

An item fulfilled by Expressionshoppe.com can be replaced, at no extra cost, through our Online Returns Center, provided it fulfills certain conditions.

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

An item that is Fulfilled by Expressionshoppe.com and is returned because it arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

Note: If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned amount will be issued.

Conditions for Free Replacement

All Fulfilled by Expressionshoppe.com, which are within the return window and in stock with same seller (exact same item), are eligible for a free replacement. We will ship the replacement through standard shipping once we receive the original order. You may request for a replacement if any of the following apply:

·         Damaged item received

·         Item is missing parts or accessories

·         Item received is different from what was ordered

·         Defective item/does not work properly

Note: A replacement cannot be created for an item fulfilled by Expressionshoppe.com which was returned and replaced once earlier.

For items fulfilled by third-party sellers - We are unable to initiate a replacement or refund for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. For replacements for missing parts or accessories, please refer to the Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories section below.

Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories

If you received an order that is missing an item or parts, you can initiate a refund or a replacement on Expressionshoppe.com, depending on how the item was fulfilled:

·         For  Fulfilled by Expressionshoppe.com: Go to Your Orders, locate your item with the missing part, select Return or Replace Items, and choose Standard Refund or Replacement.

·         For items fulfilled by third-party sellers: You can contact the seller from Your Orders and describe the missing parts or items. Go to Your Orders page and locate the appropriate order. For the selected order, click on "Contact Seller" to write to the seller. Once you've drafted your mail, click on the "Send E-mail" button.

Note: You may also contact the product's manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer's contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.


Returns Policy for Corporate Orders

Notify seller within 3 days of orderdelivery if your product is damaged/defective

Corporate orderscan only be returned by the corporate customer if the product is damaged,defective or wrongly shipped and if the seller is duly notified within 3business days from the order receipt by the corporate customer. Theseorders can only be returned for a refund; however few sellers may offer areplacement. Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the productdetail page. View the list of non-returnable items.

Once the product is returned to the seller, they usually take about 2-3business days to initiate a refund. If the refund is not initiated within 2-3business days, then you are requested to contact the seller. Please allowsellers 3 business days to revert, if they do not respond within 3 businessdays or their response does not help, you may proceed in filing a claim.


General Returns Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold onexpressionshoppe.com.

1.     In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

o   Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

o   Has missing parts or accessories

o   Is different from what was ordered

 

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. View the full list ofnon-returnable items.

2.     All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tagsintact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the originalmanufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

3.     Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it". If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or wasphysically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within theapplicable return window for a free replacement.

4.     If you're returning a business order, please refer to the business-specific return policy.
